Slow-grown on open pastures and raised without antibiotics, chemicals or growth promoters, this is pork belly at its most honest and delicious. Succulent, fatty in all the right places and full of natural sweetness, it’s perfect for roasting low and slow, crisping on the BBQ, or braising to melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Berkshire genetics give this cut its signature depth, ensuring every bite is juicy, buttery and uniquely Bundarra. Sold frozen. Frozen meat can be defrosted under cold running water or in the fridge overnight.
