Morning routine — pasture-raised eggs
The hens are out at 6am, working a fresh patch every other day. New eggs in our boxes from Wednesday.
Our Story
Family-run pastured egg farm in the Central West of NSW, where hens roam freely across native pastures at Gillinghall. With ultra-low stocking densities of just 3 hens per hectare, their birds graze on insects and grasses under the watch of Maremma guardian dogs, producing rich, golden-yolked eggs the way nature intended.
